Introductions are chosen automatically. Two people are only introduced when each fits the other’s essentials, such as age range, location and any must-match preferences. Those who fit are then ranked by what you share, like priorities, faith, languages and lifestyle. No one at ma3mony hand-picks your introductions.

Nobody, until you choose to publish it and it passes review. After that, only people you are introduced to can see your preview details and approved photos. Your email, date of birth, and matching preferences always stay private.

A parent, sibling, or friend can help draft a profile, but it stays private. To receive introductions, the person it describes must publish it from their own account and give consent. Shared family access is not available yet.

Your own words say far more than a checklist ever could. A few honest paragraphs about your life and the partnership you hope for help the people you are introduced to decide whether to say yes. Prompts are there to help you start.

When you describe the person you hope to meet, we pick out themes such as values, family hopes, and lifestyle. You can remove anything that does not feel right before saving.

Up to five a day, depending on how many members fit the preferences you both chose. Introductions expire after seven days so the people you see stay current.

A private conversation opens and the other person is told you are interested. You can send up to two opening messages. Once they reply, or say they are interested too, you can talk freely. If they pass, the conversation closes and nobody is told why.

Yes. Pause your profile at any time to stop new introductions. Your existing conversations stay open, and you can resume whenever you are ready.

Use the options menu on any introduction or conversation to block or report a member. Blocking stops all contact immediately. Reports go to our review team.

Messages are sent over secure connections and stored on our service. They are not end-to-end encrypted. Notification emails never include message text.

Go to Settings and choose Delete account. You are signed out and hidden straight away, and your data is removed after seven days. You can also download a copy of your data first.
